We're on a mission to bring in community involvement to make the Bay Area Rapid Transit more successful. My New BART is founded by four Sustainable Environmental Design students at UC Berkeley. We want to improve BART ridership and satisfaction by empowering people in the community to make a positive impact on BART and providing a way for their voices and opinions to be heard.

 

Community members are encouraged to submit feedback and design proposals, as well as vote for ideas that other people in the community have already submitted. The submissions that receive a greater amount of votes have a higher chance at implementation. As a group of designers, we will take these ideas with the most votes and create designs to help better visualize these implementations and people can vote on it.
